So much to be thankful for this year...health, happiness, family, and friends.
We had a great weekend in Richmond with Rachel, Jack, Morgan, Olivia, and Aunt Blanche... Steven and Kayla even came up from Atlanta to join in the fun. We stopped on the way home to see Ellie, Dean, Jeana, and Ethan in Arlington. It was a complete cousin-filled weekend and we had a great time.
We came home to a few busy days here with late arrivals, early dismissals and a field trip to the Constitution Center in the middle. On Wednesday the kids and I had lunch with Ellie and family and Gigi. It was fun to see them again so soon. On Thursday we enjoyed the parade with them. Later that day we went to Saba and Savta's for Thanksgiving dinner. It was really yummy and we all were really full.
Now we are enjoying a quiet weekend of sleeping in and relaxing. Today we saw Harry Potter in the movie theater and then I made chicken parm, salad, spaghetti, and breadsticks for dinner. No plans for tomorrow but we will make some yummy food to enjoy during the Eagles game and there is steel cut oats going in the crock pot for a yummy breakfast tomorrow.
So much to be thankful for this year and always !!
